Nimra Burney, SLP
Nimra received her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in Speech and Hearing Sciences. She completed her clinical internships in a variety of different settings including head start programs, early intervention, pediatric clinics, and skilled nursing facilities. She completed her full-time clinical rotations at an Elementary school in Monticello, IL and her medical rotation at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab with a focus on swallowing/dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice.
In addition to providing speech and language services at In2great, she works full time as speech language pathologist in the District 15 schools primarily working with the preschool population. She truly enjoys getting to connect with her families and clients. In her free time, she likes to work out, spend time with family and friends, travel, and finding new coffee shops!
