Developmental Therapy

During developmental therapy sessions, children are exposed to a relationship based approach to interaction. The following skills are worked on thru targeted play-based activities.


Developmental therapy looks at a child from a global perspective, including but not limited to the following areas of development:

  • Cognitive development

  • Fine motor development

  • Gross motor development

  • Sensory integration skills

  • Language processing (both understanding & developing language skills)

  • Social Skills development

  • Self-help skills

  • Communication skills

  • Behavioral challenges
