Courtney
LSW
Hi! My name is Courtney and I am a Licensed Social Worker. I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Aurora University. I have been working with individuals and families in the disability community since 2017. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2023. My experience includes ABA, service coordination, case management, and individual and group therapy. Techniques in play therapy, social emotional learning, and strength-based perspective, are what shape my sessions, to meet each unique individual where they can thrive. I value providing a safe and collaborative space for families, supporting progress across all settings. Families have described me as being calm in a storm because I approach crisis intervention with coregulation and a solution focused response. I believe every intervention or idea is worth trying until families and I find the best plan for their child. My “why” for working in the social work field is celebrating every win, big or small, as individuals grow in confidence, self-advocacy, and emotional intelligence. When I take off my social work hat, I enjoy hiking, biking, taking nature photos, and solving puzzles. My favorite adventure so far was dog sledding in the Montana mountains.

Jonathan
RBT
Hi! My name is Jonathan, and working (playing) with children—and watching them grow—is my favorite thing to do in the world! I grew up in the Skokie/Evanston area, and went to DePaul University to get my Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. Shortly before I earned my degree, I happened by chance to stumble upon disability care, and fell in love with it. I worked in a residential home for disabled young adults for a little over 4 years, before deciding I wanted to get back to my passion: working with kids! That’s when I found pediatric ABA, a perfect blend of my personal and professional passions! Working in this field is especially meaningful for me, as a neurodivergent individual who has known the struggle of finding stability and understanding while navigating life. I believe that every child, every person, has their own unique way of experiencing and interacting with the world, one that must be properly seen and felt to meaningfully connect with and understand them. I find great joy and fulfillment in helping kiddos who struggle to communicate find their unique “voice” to functionally and meaningfully express themselves, and I am so excited to join the In2great team!

Assistant Administrative Director
Hi, my name is Diana Lamberis. I was born and raised in St. Paul Minnesota and moved to the Chicago land area in 2003. I have my Masters in Education and worked for 14 years as a high school guidance counselor. After taking some time off of work to be at home with my two young boys, I decided to go back to work, with children and adolescents in a different capacity. I love kids and enjoy being part of a team where the focus is to help them meet their full potential! I am the wife of a priest and am therefore very involved in my church. I help run various youth ministries and support my husband as much as I am able. I enjoy hiking, reading, traveling, swimming and spending quality time with my family

Talia
Senior Medical Biller
My name is Talia, and I’m a Certified Medical Biller and Coder. I take a lot of pride in making sure families can access the multidisciplinary services their children need by managing insurance, benefits, and billing with accuracy and confidence. I’m grateful to play a role in helping families receive therapies that make a real difference. I’m always looking to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in my role. Outside of work, my world revolves around my kids, and we love being outdoors and spending time together. I draw a lot of inspiration from both my personal life and my work, and I’m truly honored to be part of such a supportive, forward‑thinking team. As a Senior Medical Biller, I bring dedication, energy, and a genuine commitment to contributing to the continued success and growth of In2Great.
